Shipping Destinations
Vins du Levant ships to locations within Denmark in accordance with local laws and regulations regarding the sale and transportation of alcohol. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing an order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed during our closed hours or holidays will be processed on the next open business day. If there are any delays in processing, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options through a 3rd party vendor:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order weight. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Age Verification
As we sell alcoholic beverages, customers must be at least the legal drinking age in their respective location to purchase from Vins du Levant. Our system requires a MitID verification at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment’s progress.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on wine or spirits. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a resolution.
