1. Introduction
Welcome to Vins du Levant ApS - Middle East Wine Company. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to purchase alcoholic beverages from Vins du Levant. Our system requires a MitID verification at checkout.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed at checkout, and we accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Vins du Levant ships to locations within Denmark in accordance with local laws and regulations regarding the sale and transportation of alcohol. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing an order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed during our closed hours or holidays will be processed on the next open business day. If there are any delays in processing, we will notify you via email.

We offer the following shipping options through a 3rd party vendor:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order weight. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a resolution.
6. Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
When you purchase a wine club subscription your membership is on auto-renew every month. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged monthly for your wine club subscription.
If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
7. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in Danish Krone and are subject to change without notice. VAT is included.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Vins du Levant and may not be used without our permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vins du Levant is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
10. Changes to Terms
