Philokalia, established in 2015, embodies the love for beauty and goodness. Inspired by the rich wine history of Palestine, they embarked on this journey. The founder, Mr. Sari Khoury, met Nasser Soumi, a Palestinian artist and wine connoisseur, who shared the fascinating wine heritage of Palestine. With guidance from Pascal Frissant, a seasoned winemaker, they pursued their dream of a Palestinian winery. Mr. Khoury's dedication led him to leave his job as an architect in Paris in 2014 to focus on producing wine exclusively from native grape varieties.
