An Exclusive Lebanese Wine Odyssey
From Copenhagen to the Cradle of Wine
October 3-7, 2026
Leave the crisp Baltic air behind and fly toward the golden light of the Levant. This isn't just a tour; it’s a sensory journey through 5,000 years of history, hidden mountain valleys, and the world-class viticulture of Lebanon.
Day 1: From the Nordics to the "Paris of the Middle East"
Your journey begins at Copenhagen Airport. As the wheels touch down in Beirut, you’ll be whisked away to a stunning downtown sanctuary that captures the city's storied elegance. As the sun sets, we’ll gather for a welcome dinner in the heart of the city—a first taste of the bold flavors and Mediterranean hospitality to come. For those with energy to spare, the night is young; Beirut’s legendary lounge scene awaits.
Day 2: The Heart of the Bekaa
We start the day like locals with a sprawling breakfast at Al Falamanki, then head over the mountains to the legendary Bekaa Valley. Here, we enter the gates of Domaine des Tourelles, one of the oldest and most prestigious wineries in the country. After wandering through the cellars and enjoying a long, sun-drenched vineyard lunch, we’ll check into the historic Hotel Kadri in Zahleh. The evening is yours to wander the "Berdawni" river promenade, where the scent of jasmine and grilled meats fills the air.
Day 3: Giants, Gods, and Ancient Forests
After breakfast, we travel back in time to the Baalbek Ruins. Standing before the Temple of Bacchus, you'll witness the grandest Roman architecture ever built. From the heat of the ruins, we ascend to the Cedars of God, where ancient, towering trees offer a quiet, sacred cool. After a hike and a mountain lunch, we head to the mist-covered village of Ehden. We’ll settle into the boutique Karaz Hotel before sitting down to a traditional Lebanese feast at Jalset Al Sayad.
Day 4: Mediterranean Salt & Ancient Stones
We descend from the mountains to the sparkling coast of Batroun, a town of sandstone and sea salt. We’ll break for a casual lunch and local craft brews at Colonel Beer before strolling through the Phoenician port of Byblos—one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities on earth. As evening falls, we return to Beirut for a final, grand farewell dinner at Abdel Wahab, celebrating our journey with world-class Mezze and one last toast.
Day 5: The Morning Mist over the Med
A quiet, early transfer brings us back to Beirut International. As you fly home to Copenhagen, arriving just in time for brunch, you’ll carry the warmth of the Bekaa sun and the lingering notes of Cinsault and Arak with you.
