Medium-bodied, it delivers a focused texture, impressive mid-palate weight, and an elegant, lingering finish. Its medium to high acidity makes it an excellent pairing with red-sauce dishes, pizza, pasta, and mushroom-based plates, as well as medium-strength blue cheese. Aged for six months in French oak.
