The Western winds impart a thicker, more resilient skin than its European counterparts. This wine offers an elegant nose of leather, smoke, and soft pepper, typical of Pinot Noir yet rounder and warmer, with touches of dried cranberry and cherry. Beautifully balanced on the palate, it showcases aromas of ripe red plum and cherry, smooth yet powerful tannins, and a dry, peppery finish with amazing length.
