A wine with minimal intervention, a true expression of the Bekaa Valley, the juxtaposition of ripe dark fruit against a vibrant juicy core reflects the hot, dry days and cool nights of the valley.
Region: Vineyards are located in the Western Bekaa.
Harvest : 100% manual in boxes, with intensive selection in the vineyards.
Vinification : Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. Malo-lactic fermentation begins spontaneously. The wine is blended then aged in concrete vats.
